*High Ammonia (HA) - Centrifuged natural latex preserved with ammonia only.

*Low Ammonia (LA) - Centrifuged natural latex preserved with low ammonia and other necessary preservatives.

Latex Concentrate Process

Tanker.

Latex Reception Tank with sieve and stirrer where chemicals are added.

Filter Box.

Separator.

Holding Tank where further chemicals are added.

Storage tank to keep latex for stability and drawing sample for testing.

Drum/ Flexibag/ Bulk Container/ Road Tanker.

The 60% DRC concentrate latex is packed into tight-head steel drum with plastic plug of gross weight of 221kg (net weight of 205kg) or flexibag / bulk container /road container.
