Crepes Process
Tanker Transporting Raw Latex with Preservatives.
Latex Reception Tank with sieve and stirrer where chemicals are added and where blending and removal of impurities take place.
Coagulation in latex pits by Formic Acid and segregated by aluminium plates.
Latex coagulum pass through 9 manual crepers and the crepes are rolled up.
The crepes are unrolled and hang manually in the Drying house which is heated up by steam.
SOLE CREPE WHITE CREPE 1X, PALE CREPE 1X AND NO.1
Colour: White, Honey or Golden.
Surface: Smooth or Pebbly or corrugated.
Thickness: Smooth 1/8"to 13/16"
  Pebbly 3/16" to 13/16"
  Corrugated 3/16" to 13/16"
Sheet Size: 18" x 39"
The dried crepes are collected and are patted together manually, sheet by sheet and dirts, holes, uneveness and sides are cut out and tested for the correct thickness by gauge.
The patted crepes are laminated by the laminating machine and tested again.
The Sole Crepe is cut to size by the cutting machine.
 
The Sole Crepe is graded and is fully interleaved and packed into 100 Kg plywood cases.


The dried crepes are collected, cut, sorted and graded according to the colour
and dirt, and then folded to size
.

Pressing and baling into:-
50 Kg bale polyethene sheet wrapped and packed in multiwall paperbag
or
20 Kg bale in polyethene bag and packed in 0.96 ton treated wooden pallet
or
100 Kg bareback bale
